Tenure Partners is a sole proprietorship based in Ontario. We take your privacy seriously and handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you fill in the free database audit form, we collect:
- your name, brokerage and email address
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- the approximate size of your contact database
- anything you write in the message box
- whether you ticked the box to receive occasional emails from us
If you book a call, the booking service collects your name, email and the time you choose.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to your request, prepare your audit and arrange calls. We only send you marketing emails if you ticked the box to agree. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
We don't sell it
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website's form and booking calendar, and only so they can deliver those services.
Your clients' contact data
If you become a client, we handle the contact lists you give us only on your instructions and only to run your campaign. We don't use them for anyone else, we don't sell them and we don't export them. You remain the owner of that data. When our work ends, or whenever you ask, we delete our working copy.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions only as long as we need them to respond to you and manage our relationship, then delete them.
Access, corrections and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email us at [EMAIL] and we'll respond within 30 days.
